ASHLEIGH AND GORDON: [EYE CANDY]

I know there are some eager family and friends who are just waiting to see a few images of the beautiful bride and her groom... Mr. Grooms! Until I get a full post ready, I'm hoping this "eye candy" will be enough to hold them over! They sure are sweet enough!!

Enjoy and stay tuned- there will be more from this gorgeous wedding and perhaps, even a little giveaway too!

Ashleigh and Gordon: [Sneak Peek]

Yesterday I had the honor of capturing Ashleigh and Gordon's wedding ceremony. I am so excited about all of the images, but I just had to hurry and get one up for all of their family and friends to see! This picture immediately caught my eye. There is something so breathtaking about the bride and groom dancing. It's dreamy!

Enjoy! More to come soon...

Teri and Gabe: [Something Extra]

Teri and Gabe's wedding was beautiful and I've finally gotten together their slideshow, "something extra," to share. There are a few images that were so precious I couldn't resist posting them too.

Teri selected green and yellow for her colors and they had beautiful details throughout the entire day, as well as at their outdoor reception, held in a bright red barn...Perfect for pictures of course!

The bride and groom danced to "Come Away With Me," and as always, I found myself tearing up! I love the images of Teri and Gabe dancing, they stir my heart each time I see them! I hope you enjoy these and of course, leave some love in the comments section!

I love them dancing with the band in the background!

This might be one of my favorites of the entire day! A groom whispering sweet nothings in his bride's ear... how romantic!

Gotta love an adventurous bride and groom!

Teri and Gabe: [The Dance]

I'm working on getting a slideshow together for Teri and her new hubby, but I couldn't resist posting some of their first dance until then! They are breathtaking!

Enjoy!!

Michele and Ryan: [The Wedding Day : Part 2]

I wanted to share a few more images from Michele and Ryan's wedding today, since I know they'll be coming back from their honeymoon soon.

Michele had a beautiful dress and ring. They were begging to be photographed!! She also put  an adorable little addition on her shoes!

Before the ceremony, some of the groomsmen were just waiting patiently for the bride to arrive. I love these individual shots of them.

The groom was watching for the limo to arrive too! Inside his beautiful bride was awaiting.

 Isn't she stunning?!

A little fun after the ceremony! Michele requested that Ryan wear his sunglasses for a few pictures, which was so adorable, especially when he started to kiss her on the cheek and she gave such awesome expressions!

I'll be posting a slideshow from their wedding soon, so keep checking back! There are lots of fun images!

And... don't forget to share your love by leaving a comment below!

Michele and Ryan: [Getting Ready]

As you might have already noticed, I had 2 "wedding weekends" in a row. So for the next couple of posts, I will probably be alternatng between them in order to share some unique and fun images for these special couples.

On May 9th, I spent the morning with Michele and her bridesmaids at Bellissimo Salon in Tampa, watching them get ready for the big day. There were lots of smiles and giggles as the wedding drew closer.

While we were there, I had a few minutes to play with the rings too!

Here are a few of my favorite images from our morning. Stay tuned, there will be lots more and of course, always remember to leave your comments right here on the blog!

Enjoy!

I happened to hear Michele telling the hair stylist that she wanted to be an elegant bride; so when I saw this magazine at the salon, I simply couldn't resist!

One of my favorites!

Keep checking- I'll be posting lots more soon!

Teri Lynn and Gabe: [Part One]

Just a few weekends ago I had the pleasure of second shooting a wedding in both my hometown and my home church. It was so much fun! I was able to catch up briefly with a lot of friends, whom I haven't in many years and I loved getting to visit New Hope Baptist, which was recently renovated.

I wanted to share some more images from this awesome day with each of you. Be warned however, that a second post will be necessary! There were just so many beautiful moments to capture. I'll start you off with some before the ceremony fun!

Teri spent the morning getting her hair done with a sweet friend of mine, Wanda. It was a joy to chat with her while she transformed Teri into a gorgeous bride. It was also lots of fun to capture some images of Teri, as she's perhaps one of the most expressive brides I've seen in a long time! Her personality truly made for some adorable pictures!

A few of the day's details...

The stunning bride patiently waiting to marry her groom!

I love this image! Teri seems to be so deep in thought and I adore that her maid of honor was looking on during this moment!

Before the ceremony, we spent a little time outside. The church provided a nice backdrop and standing up against the bricks kept us out of the blazing heat for a little bit!

These next three are some of my favorite images of the bride and then, the groom as well.

Deciding to brave the intense sun and super high temperature resulted in a few fun images too!

I told Teri that Gabe was clearly jumping for joy at the thought of being her husband!!

Stay tuned soon for Part Two!

Michele and Ryan: [The Wedding Day Sneak Peek]

Today Ryan and Michele tied the knot; and although it's super late, I wanted to post a few images of their special day! Enjoy these until the official post arrives!

The Littles: [Family Session: Sneak Peek 2]

As promised, here is another post for the Little Family! When there are so many people present, there are tons of images to sort through!! Here are some more of my favorites, starting with the official family photo!

Feet... need I say more?

The girls swinging with their grandparents! They will love and appreciate moments captured like this when they are older!

These are 2 images of the girls that I fell in love with as soon as I saw them! They are proof that the sweetest expressions and moments often come unexpectedly, yet they speak so profoundly to the heart!

Thank you Littles for your patience as I finish up your session! What a blessing to know that you truly understand the meaning of "family first!"

Teri Lynn and Gabe: [Sneak Peek]

I've been a little behind on my blogging, due to some sick kiddos in our family. In fact, I still owe the Little's a second post from their incredible beach session. I promise to catch up soon!

For now though, I couldn't help but share a few images that capture how I spent my weekend. I traveled back to my home town to second shoot with my parents at a beautiful wedding. These are a few images that caught my eye, and of course I can never resist giving a little sneak peek!!

Enjoy... and don't forget to leave your comments right here on the blog!

Oh, and stay tuned as I attempt to catch up on all my posting before 2 more beautiful weddings this month!

The Littles : [Family Session]

Yesterday afternoon I met up with a beautiful family, at a beautiful location! The Littles were in town from Maryland and gathered up all their relatives for an enormous family session! There are tons of precious moments captured, but for this sneak peek I decided to focus on the real stars of the show: Bailey and Ainsley!! I know Mom and Dad, grandparents and the aunts are extra eager to see how some of these turned out! I picked a handful of my favorites to share, but am thinking that if you stay tuned there will likely be another post in the next few days! For now... enjoy!

The next picture is one of my favorites of Bailey! It's simply "dreamy!"

This was one of the first trips to the beach that Ainsley had experienced. She was in awe of the shells and the water! Everytime we looked up she was either staring at the ocean, running her hands through the sand or bent down searching for treasure!

Another super cute moment happened when Bailey got her hands on a fishing rod! I couldn't help but to post a few!

The next picture just might be my favorite image of the entire day!!

With all these pictures of the girls, I had to post one of the sweet Mom and Dad too!

Finally, the Little Family loves ice-cream, so when we discovered there was a chance to get a few pictures of them enjoying a fun family past time, we couldn't resist! Strachan's Homemade Ice Cream Parlor was kind enough to allow us to snap a few images in their adorable shop! These too are some of my favorites! Mostly, I love that family sessions don't have to be completely posed. There is something priceless about capturing you in your element with the ones you love! These pictures are proof of just that!! If you're looking for something fun or unique, that really captures the spirit of your family, think outside the box, you'll be glad you did!

Sweet Ainsley and her "left over" ice cream!

Of course, the post wouldn't be complete unless you knew the Littles enjoyed their "appetizer" all the way down to the last drop!!

Jamie and Jeff, thank you so much for trusting me to capture your family! It was so much fun!! I hope by now you've arrived safely home and will enjoy these images as a reminder of your time here in Florida! Bailey and Ainsley, thank you for being such troopers!! I couldn't have asked for better "models!"

Be on the look out for more images and of course, don't forget to leave a comment right here on the blog!

The White's : [Family Session]

I first met Raquel and Scott at the BCM, while attending Florida State University; and this Saturday I had the privilege of meeting up with them and their awesome family before their long trip home! I knew the minute I got my eyes on their 4 little ones that it was going to be a great day! They couldn't have been any cuter or more polite!! Just a few seconds after meeting the children, Andrew was sharing about his baseball team, Riley was holding my hand and the girls were sporting some sweet smiles for the camera! Here are a few of my favorite images from our session.

These individual shots speak alot about their personalities! I was amazed that in front of the camera they were exactly the way Raquel had described them to me before we got together. How neat to see the little ones shining so brightly in their own unique ways!

Well, a session wouldn't be complete without a little time spent in the bright green Florida grass!

...And if you ever needed reason enough to skip those stuffy, inside, super posed portrait sessions, here it is!! If a picture speaks a thousand words, this one begins with JOY!

I also love it when a sweet moment is captured! This image proves that you don't have to all be looking at the camera with a grin!

You know me and feet...and with this many tiny toes, I couldn't resist!

Towards the end of the session, we were working hard to keep Kaela interested in the camera. She did great with her big sister Abby, but we had a hard time convincing her to sit on the steps. So, I snapped away and got this one in between her climbing:

Followed by a sweet one of her mommy and daddy!

Then I suddenly looked up and found her doing this- truly one of my absolute favorites of the day! I was so excited that I had to call Raquel on their journey home to tell her that we captured that priceless grin!

Thank you White Family for a precious afternoon with your incredible family! It was an honor to spend those hours with you!

Michele and Ryan : [Engagement Session]

This was my first full session since Baby Matthan was born and to be honest, I wondered how the lack of sleep might affect my time with this sweet couple. Besides a name slip up- thanks Ryan for understanding- my cup of coffee carried me through the day!

We had a wonderful time exploring and finding unique places to shoot and I enjoyed getting to know Michele, Ryan and Rocky before their wedding.

These are just a few of my favorites from our time together. Take a look and don't forget to post your comments right here on the blog!

I love this tree and this picture!

Nothing like a bride looking adoringly at her groom!

These next 3 are some of my very favorites!

If you'll look closely, you'll see the sun reflected a heart shape on Ryan's jeans! What a happy little "accident!"

Just gorgeous!

Thank you Michele and Ryan for spending the afternoon with me and for the privilege of capturing your love for one another, both in these images and at your big day. I'm already looking forward to May!

Sneak Peek!

I'm working hard to get the full blog post up, but until then, I wanted to share this sweet picture of an awesome couple. More to come very soon!!

Our Newest Addition!

So, the blog has been neglected for a bit and here is the most incredible reason why...

Could there be any sweeter distraction?

I'll be sharing more precious images of our newest addition once I catch up on some sessions that are still in the works! Thanks for your patience and understanding, as we not only adjust to life with a 4th little blessing, but as we take some time to enjoy Matthan as well!
